Official Rules

The $1,000 Boo-a-Palooza Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of Vineyard City who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents younger than eighteen (18) years of age must have parents permission to participate. Ezra Nair and his immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Neighbors for Ezra Nair (the "Sponsor").

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions ofo the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

The Giveaway begins on October 20th at 5:00PM MST and Ends on October 24th at 5:00PM MST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

There is only one method of entry:

1. Online Registration: Entrants must visit the designated sign-up page at www.ezranair.com and successfully complete all fields of the required registration form with valid information.

2. Limit: Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification. Parents may use their email address for children ages 13+.

One (1) winner will receive a single Grand Prize of One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00 USD). As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the winner (or winner's parent) will be required to complete and submit a W-9 form to the Sponsor prior to prize disbursement.

Prize Substitution Option: The winner has the sole option to accept a Substitute Prize of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine U.S. Dollars ($599.00 USD) in lieu of the Grand Prize. Accepting the Substitute Prize will not require the submission of a W-9 form to the Sponsor.

The prize (Grand or Substitute) will be awarded as a cash equivalent (e.g. bank transfer, check, or digital payment service) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt and/or use, regardless of the amount accepted. The prize is not-transferable and no substitution, other than the optional Substitute Prize, is permitted.

1. Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within 3 business days following the close of the Entry Period.

2. Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided during registration within 1 business day of the drawing.

3. Requirements: The potential winner must respond to the notification email and provide any necessary information (such as a signed affidavit of eligibility, parental consent form, and/or W-9 tax form for the Grand Prize) within 72 hours of the date the notice was sent.

4. Forfeiture: If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time frame, fails to comply with any of the Official Rules, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
