Meet the Nairs

Thanks for checking out my campaign! Your extra effort to research candidates is well appreciated. I’m Ezra Nair. My wife, Alana, and I have three wonderful young children. It’s a crazy time in life to run for office with our young family, but I’m passionate about public service and love this city. We’re a close-knit group here in the city and everything feels so personal. But through that, wonderful friendships form. I strongly feel that working together will help us continue to accomplish great things and manage our growth wisely.

Currently, I’m the county administrator for Utah County Government and I serve on the board of directors for Utah Community Credit Union. I also enjoy volunteering in my church. Previous to that, I served as the city manager of Vineyard.

I'm proud to hold a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University.

 

In Vineyard, I’ve lived in Tucker Row and now live in the Windsor neighborhood, over by the train tracks and Trailside Elementary. It’s been great to experience the city as a student, a young married couple, and now a small growing family.

I enjoy basketball, playing the piano and organ, listening to podcasts, watching college and professional sports, date nights at the Megaplex, and most importantly family time.
